White Haven Paranormal is a team of paranormal investigators dedicated to paranormal research, the investigation of phenomena associated with haunting of paranormal, supernatural or preternatural nature and trying to keep local history alive. Our investigations encompass businesses, historic locations and local legend and lore. We choose to use techniques that will aid in the documentation of the phenomena using a variety of electronic and scientific equipment. The types of equipment used are not actually "ghost detectors" but tools that aide in measuring and recording environmental changes which can substantiate whether or not the activity being experienced is paranormal, supernatural or natural in origin. Once that determination is made, review of the evidence, research and documentation can provide correct identification of the source of the activity. At this point we can then assist in locating and providing the appropriate intervention for the client. All of our investigations are performed Free Of Charge.
We hope that the documentation of data will aid in our efforts in educating the public as well as encouraging the understanding and awareness of paranormal activity.
White Haven Paranormal primarily serves clients in North Eastern Pennsylvania. Additionally, we are opened to scheduling an investigation anywhere as long as our work schedules and time permits. If for some reason we are unable to investigate a location, we will work to find a local paranormal team to assist you with your needs.
Each member is held to a very high standard of personal conduct and must sign a Code of Conduct to that effect. All investigators and researchers have passed a criminal/child abuse background check. We also require that each investigator sign a liability waiver so that if an unforeseen event were to happen during an investigation, the client will not be held liable.
Confidentiality, respect, and welfare of our clients is very important to us. At no time will the client's identity, address, or other personal information be revealed in any way unless the consent form states otherwise. We bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity to each case we work on.
Our services are performed as a "FREE" public service to those in need of our services, (people who believe they are experiencing paranormal activity in their businesses, or historic locations.) White Haven Paranormal does accept donations to help support the purchasing of new equipment & other expenses.
We want to hear from you. If you live near us and know any location that has a story, mystery, folklore, or are haunted. Click the contact button and tell us about them. Even if we heard of them or been to the location, we still want to hear your story. We want prove or debunk all of the claims. We might even ask you to join us at a location.

WHP will not collect any personal information from you beyond what is required for a case. Your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and any other information provided to us is handled and treated with the utmost care and complete confidentiality. All personal information including but not limited to case files shall remain under strict confidentiality to any and all outside sources, and will never be shared without WHP obtaining your prior written consent. |
